1 HOUSE RESOLUTION

2     WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois House of
3 Representatives wish to congratulate the members of the
4 Hinsdale Central High School Boys' Cross Country Team on the
5 occasion of their victory at the IHSA Class 3A State
6 Championship; and

7     WHEREAS, The Hinsdale Central High School Boys' Cross
8 Country Team scored 104 points to win the IHSA Class 3A
9 Championship at Detweiller Park in Peoria; and

10     WHEREAS, The Hinsdale Central High School Boys' Cross
11 Country Team's performance marks the 2nd consecutive IHSA State
12 Championship victory for the team; and

13     WHEREAS, The members of the Hinsdale Central High School
14 Boys' Cross Country Team are Josh Feldman, Matt McBrien, Alex
15 Domiano, Griffin Gartner, Chris Brenk, Blake Evertsen, and
16 Ethan Planson; the team's head coach is James Westphal and the
17 assistant coaches are Jim Kupres and Noah Lawrence; and

18     WHEREAS, The members of the Hinsdale Central High School
19 Boys' Cross Country Team serve as models of hard work,
20 integrity, and dedication for the people of the State of
21 Illinois; therefore, be it

1     RESOLVED, BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE
2 NINETY-EIGHTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that
3 we congratulate the members of the Hinsdale Central High School
4 Boys' Cross Country Team on the occasion of their victory at
5 the IHSA Class 3A State Championship and wish them continued
6 success and happiness in the future; and be it further

7     RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be
8 presented to the Hinsdale Central High School Boys' Cross
9 Country Team as a symbol of our esteem and respect.
