Amends the Toll Highway Act. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning the short title.

A BILL FOR

AN ACT concerning transportation.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

Section 5. The Toll Highway Act is amended by changing Section 1.1 as follows:

(605 ILCS 10/1.1) (from Ch. 121, par. 100-1.1)

Sec. 1.1. Short title. This Act may be cited as the the Toll Highway Act.
