SYNOPSIS AS INTRODUCED:

220 ILCS 5/20-101

Amends the Retail Electric Competition Act of 2006 in the Public Utilities Act. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning the short title of the Article.

AN ACT concerning regulation.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

Section 5. The Public Utilities Act is amended by changing Section 20-101 as follows:

(220 ILCS 5/20-101)

Sec. 20-101. This Article may be cited as the the Retail Electric Competition Act of 2006.
