110 ILCS 947/95

Amends the Higher Education Student Assistance Act. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning minors.

A BILL FOR

AN ACT concerning education.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

Section 5. The Higher Education Student Assistance Act is amended by changing Section 95 as follows:

(110 ILCS 947/95)

Sec. 95. Capacity of minors. Any person otherwise qualifying for a loan guaranteed or originated by the the Commission shall not be disqualified by reason of being under the age of 21 years; and each such person shall have the rights, powers, privileges and obligations of a person of full age with respect thereto.
