Amends the Public Community College Act. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning the Illinois Community College Board.

A BILL FOR

AN ACT concerning education.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

Section 5. The Public Community College Act is amended by changing Section 2-6 as follows:

(110 ILCS 805/2-6) (from Ch. 122, par. 102-6)

Sec. 2-6. In accordance with the the provisions of "An Act to create the State Universities Civil Service System," approved May 11, 1905, as now or hereafter amended, the Board shall employ and fix the compensation of an executive officer and such employees as it deems necessary for the purposes of this Act.
