    Amends the Division of Banking Act. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning the short title.

1     AN ACT concerning State government.

2     Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:

4     Section 5. The Division of Banking Act is amended by
5 changing Section 0.1 as follows:

6     (20 ILCS 3205/0.1)
7     Sec. 0.1. Short title. This Act may be cited asthe ~~the~~
8 Division of Banking Act.
