1    AN ACT concerning education.
  
 
2    Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
 
3represented in the General Assembly:
  
 
 

4    (110 ILCS 947/75 rep.)

5    Section 5. The Higher Education Student Assistance Act is 
6amended  by repealing Section 75.
 
 
7    Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon
