220 ILCS 5/21-100
    Amends the Cable and Video Competition Law of 2007 in the Public Utilities Act. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning the short title of the Article.

1     AN ACT concerning regulation.

2     Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:

4     Section 5. The Public Utilities Act is amended by changing
5 Section 21-100 as follows:

6     (220 ILCS 5/21-100)
7     (Section scheduled to be repealed on October 1, 2013)
8     Sec. 21-100. Short title. This Article may be cited as the
9 ~~the~~ Cable and Video Competition Law of 2007.
