SYNOPSIS AS INTRODUCED:

15 ILCS 550/1

Amends the Public Education Affinity Credit Card Act. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning the short title of the Act.

A BILL FOR

AN ACT concerning State government.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

Section 5. The Public Education Affinity Credit Card Act is amended by changing Section 1 as follows:

(15 ILCS 550/1)

Sec. 1. Short title. This Act shall be known as the the Public Education Affinity Credit Card Act.
