SENATE RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to learn of the death of Doris Tally, who passed away on July 5, 2015; and

WHEREAS, Doris Tally was born on July 23, 1943; and

WHEREAS, Doris Tally is survived by a son, Robert (Erica) Tally; 3 daughters, Lorri (Leroy) Maxey, Melanie Tally, and Tracie (William) Bryant; 2 sisters, Helen French and Anne (John) Kelly; 4 brothers, William (Ava) Young, Louis (Fayetta) Young, Marvin Young, and Charles (Pam) Young; her granddaughters, Tiffany, Camiyha, Chanya, Carmen, Shaneise, and Alondrea; her grandsons, Alan, Jonathan, Demonte, Deaonte, and Devante; 3 great-granddaughters and one great-grandson; and her many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends; therefore, be it

RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-NINTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we, along with her family and friends, mourn the passing of Doris Tally; and be it further

RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be presented to the family of Doris Tally as an expression of our sympathy.
