SENATE RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to learn of the death of Carol A. Wade of Cary, who passed away on June 14, 2015; and

WHEREAS, Carol Wade was born on October 25, 1936 in La Porte, Indiana; her parents were Harold and Stella Spears; and

WHEREAS, Carol Wade served our country as a member of the United States Air Force; and

WHEREAS, Carol Wade was preceded in death by her parents; a son, Robert Wade; and a brother, Harold Spears; and

WHEREAS, Carol Wade is survived by 4 children, Rhea Wade, Kimberly (Robert) Evans, Michael (Cynthia) Wade, and Michelle (Robert) Motz; 10 grandchildren, Sydney, McKenzie, Danielle, Lisa, Matthew, Brandon, Tyler, Joshua, Jacob, and Cooper; 4 siblings, John Spears, Shirley Parker, Betty Siefker and Robert (Alice) Spears; and her many nieces and nephews; therefore, be it

RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-NINTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we, along with her family and friends, mourn the passing of Carol A. Wade; and be it further

RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be presented to the family of Carol Wade as an expression of our sympathy.
