| | 2 | | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to | | 3 | | learn of the death of Dr. Richard A. Toutant of Oakwood Hills, | | 4 | | who passed away on April 6, 2015; and
| | 5 | | WHEREAS, Dr. Richard Toutant was born on February 20, 1928 | | 6 | | in Beaver Dam; his parents were William and Anna Toutant; he | | 7 | | married Joan R. Langkau on October 12, 1985 in Hayward, | | 8 | | Wisconsin; and
| | 9 | | WHEREAS, Dr. Richard Toutant had a dentistry practice for | | 10 | | 35 years in Beaver Dam, Wisconsin; and
| | 11 | | WHEREAS, Dr. Richard Toutant served his country as a member | | 12 | | of the United States Army Air Forces; and
| | 13 | | WHEREAS, Dr. Richard Toutant was preceded in death by his | | 14 | | parents; his first wife, Audrey (nee Pluckan) Toutant; a | | 15 | | sister, Mary Toutant; and a brother, Jack Toutant; and
| | 16 | | WHEREAS, Dr. Richard Toutant is survived by his wife, Joan; | | 17 | | 10 children, Terese (Gary) Baier, Michael Toutant, Tomas (Gina) | | 18 | | Toutant, William (Lori) Toutant, Amy (Roger) Salzwedel, | | 19 | | Patricia (Brian) Landsinger, Allan Leonard, Jeffrey (Gail) | | 20 | | Leonard, Randall Leonard, and Wendy Sessler; 20 grandchildren; |
