SENATE RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to learn of the death of James H. Wilson of Waukegan, who passed away on March 20, 2015; and

WHEREAS, James Wilson was born on March 27, 1946; his parents were Finis and Patricia Wilson; and

WHEREAS, James Wilson was a tool and die maker for 23 years; he was also the owner of North Avenue Tap in Waukegan for 22 years; and

WHEREAS, James Wilson was preceded in death by his parents and 2 brothers, Michael Mason and Lou Tucci; and

WHEREAS, James Wilson is survived by his loving wife of 36 years, Delores L. Wilson; 5 beloved children, Sandra (Robert) Schneider, James (Carmen) Peterson, Angie (Dave) Williams, James (Rebecca) Wilson, and David (Kimi Picard) Wilson; 14 grandchildren; and 4 siblings, Sandy Hay, Terri Brown, Tom Wilson, and Randy Wilson; therefore, be it

RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-NINTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we, along with his family and friends, mourn the passing of James H. Wilson; and be it further

RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be presented to the family of James Wilson as an expression of our sympathy.
