SENATE RESOLUTION

 
2    WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to
3learn of the death of Mabel C. Weber of McHenry, who passed
4away on December 28, 2014; and
 
5    WHEREAS, Mabel Weber was born in McHenry on July 22, 1922
6to Thomas and Grace (nee Doherty) Bolger; she graduated as
7valedictorian from McHenry High School and married Richard
8Weber at St. Patrick Church in McHenry on June 9, 1945; and
 
9    WHEREAS, Mabel Weber taught for many years at St. Patrick
10Grade School in McHenry and in the Johnsburg School District;
11and
 
12    WHEREAS, Mabel Weber was preceded in death by her parents;
13her husband, Richard "Dick" Weber; her daughter, Judy; her
14son-in-law, James Christensen; her sister and brother-in-law,
15Shirley and Tom Sutton; and her siblings, Vivian Eastman,
16Eleanor Sullivan, and Thomas F. Bolger; and
 
17    WHEREAS, Mabel Weber is survived by her children, Grace
18(Alec) Beaudoin, Jane (Michael) Hausman, Janet Christensen,
19Mary Jean (Phil) Kiefer, Jean Barreto, Guy (Laura) Weber, and
20Jackie (Julie) Weber; her 16 grandchildren; her 14
21great-grandchildren; her siblings, Walter Bolger, William

1(Carol) Bolger, Grace Stilling, Ann Miller, Margaret (Richard)
2Carey, and Rita (Raymond) Gaylord; and her sister-in-law,
3Kathryn Bolger; therefore, be it
 
4    RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-NINTH GENERAL
5ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of
6Mabel C. Weber, and extend our sincere condolences to her
7family, friends, and all who knew and loved her; and be it
8further
 
9    RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be
10presented to the family of Mabel Weber as an expression of our
11deepest sympathy.
