SENATE RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to learn of the death of Donna L. Harvey, who passed away on June 17, 2015; and

WHEREAS, Donna Harvey was born on June 1, 1948 in Chicago and was a long-time resident of Vernon Hills; and

WHEREAS, Donna Harvey was a graduate of Morton High School in Hammond, Indiana; she subsequently graduated from Indiana University in Bloomington, received her master's degree from Butler University in Indianapolis, and was working on her Ph.D. from National Louis University; and

WHEREAS, Donna Harvey was a beloved Spanish teacher at Libertyville High School and Vernon Hills High School for 33 years; and

WHEREAS, Donna Harvey is survived by her husband, Mark Harvey; her daughters, Michelle (Eric Frank) Harvey and Melissa Harvey; and a granddaughter, Charlotte Frank; therefore, be it

RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-NINTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we, along with her family and friends, mourn the passing of Donna L. Harvey; and be it further

RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be presented to the family of Donna Harvey as an expression of our sympathy.
