720 ILCS 570/302.1 new

Amends the Illinois Controlled Substances Act. Adds a Section to the Act concerning opioid addiction education for prescribers of controlled substances. Contains only a Section heading.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

Section 5. The Illinois Controlled Substances Act is amended by adding Section 302.1 as follows:
