30 ILCS 105/8.32

from Ch. 127, par. 144.32

Amends the State Finance Act. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning the Minority and Female Business Enterprise Council.

A BILL FOR

AN ACT concerning finance.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

Section 5. The State Finance Act is amended by changing Section 8.32 as follows:

(30 ILCS 105/8.32) (from Ch. 127, par. 144.32)

Sec. 8.32. All moneys received by the the Minority and Female Business Enterprise Council, or by the Department of Central Management Services on behalf of the Council or the Department's Minority and Female Business Enterprise Division, from grants, donations, seminar registration fees, and the sale of directories, lists and other such information, shall be deposited into the Minority and Female Business Enterprise Fund in the State treasury. Expenses of the Council or the Department's Minority and Female Business Enterprise Division may be paid from this Fund.
