SENATE RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to learn of the death of Wayne Wasylko; and

WHEREAS, Wayne Wasylko was born in Chicago on February 22, 1949 to John and Mary Wasylko; he earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in business in 1973 from the University of Wisconsin-Parkside; and

WHEREAS, Wayne Wasylko worked for 34 years with Lake County as the head of the Tax Extension and Redemption Office; and

WHEREAS, Wayne Wasylko enjoyed amateur road racing and was a member of the Sports Car Club of America for 38 years as a driver and staff worker; he was also a life-time member of the Harley Davidson HOG Group; and

WHEREAS, Wayne Wasylko was preceded in death by his father; and

WHEREAS, Wayne Wasylko is survived by his wife of 43 years, Brenda A. (nee Hudry) Wasylko; his mother, Mary; his sister, Janice Boyle; and his nephews, Nathan (Tabitha) and Sam Boyle; therefore, be it

RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-EIGHTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of Wayne Wasylko, and extend our sincere condolences to his family, friends, and all who knew and loved him; and be it further

RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be presented to the family of Wayne Wasylko as an expression of our deepest sympathy.
