SENATE RESOLUTION

 
2    WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to
3learn of the death of Timothy Stephen Raymer of Hartford, who
4passed away on January 7, 2014; and
 
5    WHEREAS, Timothy Raymer was born on August 4, 1940 in
6Alton; his parents were Claude and Phyllis (nee Culver) Raymer;
7he married the former Carolyn S. Waterman on August 27, 1962;
8and
 
9    WHEREAS, Timothy Raymer served his country as a member of
10the United States Army; and
 
11    WHEREAS, Timothy Raymer was a manager in the Corrugating
12Department of Owens - IL Glass for over 25 years before working
13at Fairfax Mobile Home Supply for many years; and
 
14    WHEREAS, Timothy Raymer was a member of the Sons of the
15American Revolution and the Lewis and Clark Historical Society;
16he was also a volunteer at the Lewis and Clark Center Discovery
17Store; and
 
18    WHEREAS, Timothy Raymer was preceded in death by his
19brothers, Burton, Clayton, Kenneth, and James Raymer, and his
20sisters, Della Hough and Edna Hutchins; and

1    WHEREAS, Timothy Raymer is survived by his sons, Kevin
2Raymer and Jason Raymer, and his grandchildren, Rebecca Raymer,
3Natalie Raymer, and Avery Raymer; therefore, be it
 
4    RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-EIGHTH GENERAL
5ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we, along with his
6family and friends, mourn the passing of Timothy Stephen
7Raymer; and be it further
 
8    RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be
9presented to the family of Timothy Raymer as an expression of
10our sympathy.
