SENATE RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to learn of the death of Catherine E. Holy, who passed away on August 18, 2013; and

WHEREAS, Catherine Holy resided in Crest Hill and Florida; she was a former employee of the Electro-Motive Division in LaGrange; and

WHEREAS, Catherine Holy is preceded in death by her parents, John and Mary (nee Juricic) Majetich; her brothers, Steve (Virginia), Edward (Margaret), John (Edith), and Tony (Delores) Majetich; and her sisters, Mary (Jim) Embling, Josephine Majetich, Evelyn (Frank) Mance, Frances (Louis) Kevish, and Pauline (Robert) Mack; and

WHEREAS, Catherine Holy is survived by her children, Delores (Dominic) Ragusa and Joseph (Mary Ann) Fabbre; her grandchildren, Greg (Elizabeth) Ragusa, Gina (Jim) Tacchia, Joseph Robert (Alice) Fabbre, and Jodine Ann (Brad) Woodley; her great-grandchildren, Alaina, Alex, and Abby Ragusa, Emma Tacchia, and Anthony and Ashely Fabbre; and her many nieces and nephews; therefore, be it

RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-EIGHTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we, along with her family and friends, mourn the passing of Catherine E. Holy; and be it further

RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be presented to the family of Catherine Holy as an expression of our sympathy.
