SENATE RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to learn of the death of Norinne Nicholson (nee Dolehide), who passed away on July 30, 2013; and

WHEREAS, Norinne Nicholson was the beloved wife of the late Thomas P. Nicholson; the devoted mother of Thomas, Timothy (Margaret), Robert, Marie (John) Spence, Helen (Dr. Anthony) Kwan, John (April), Eileen (Robert) Kusner, Elizabeth (Gerry Sullivan), and the late James Nicholson; the proud grandmother of Mary, Elizabeth, Caroline, Katherine, Grace, Genevieve, Annie, Jack, Cecelia, Alexandra, and Ava; the loving sister of Dr. Robert (Eileen) Dolehide, the late Rev. John Dolehide O.P., and Dr. Eugene (Marceline) Dolehide; the dear sister-in-law of Fred "Bud" (Joan) Nicholson; and the cherished aunt and friend of many; therefore, be it

RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-EIGHTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we, along with her family and friends, mourn the passing of Norinne Nicholson; and be it further

RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be presented to the family of Norinne Nicholson as an expression of our sympathy.
