SENATE RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to learn of the death of Frank Fisher of Orange City, Florida, formerly of Benton, who passed away on April 18, 2013; and

WHEREAS, Frank Fisher was born on November 30, 1952, in Christopher to Harold and Gladys (Gray) Fisher; and

WHEREAS, Frank Fisher was preceded in death by his parents; his sister, Judith Ann Cook; his brother, Harold Wayne Fisher; and his nephew, Brian Cockrum; and

WHEREAS, Frank Fisher is survived by his wife Cheryl (nee Archer) Fisher; his sister, Donna (Kevin) Montgomery; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins; therefore, be it

RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-EIGHTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of Frank Fisher, and extend our sincere condolences to his family, friends, and all who knew and loved him; and be it further

RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be presented to the family of Frank Fisher as an expression of our deepest sympathy.
