    Amends the Court of Claims Act. Makes a technical change in a Sectionconcerning the Act's short title.

1     AN ACT concerning courts.

2     Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:

4     Section 5. The Court of Claims Act is amended by changing
5 Section 29 as follows:

6     (705 ILCS 505/29)  (from Ch. 37, par. 439.24-9)
7     Sec. 29. This Act shall be known and~~and~~ may be cited as
8 the "Court of Claims Act".
