SENATE RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to learn of the death of Antonio James "Tony" Borcia, who passed away on July 28, 2012; and

WHEREAS, Antonio Borcia was born on June 3, 2002, in Libertyville; and

WHEREAS, Antonio Borcia was entering 5th grade at Butterfield School at the time of his passing; he enjoyed playing sports, especially baseball and basketball; and

WHEREAS, Antonio Borcia was preceded in death by his grandmother, Catherine Morrison; and

WHEREAS, Antonio Borcia is survived by his parents, Jim and Margaret Borcia; his sisters, Kaeleigh and Erin; his brother, Joseph; his grandparents, Kenneth and Joan Borcia and Donald and Danielle Morrison; and his many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends; therefore, be it

RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-SEVENTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn, along with his family and friends, the passing of Antonio James "Tony" Borcia; and be it further

RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be presented to the family of Antonio Borcia as an expression of our sympathy.
