SENATE RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to learn of the death of James J. Mahoney; and

WHEREAS, James Mahoney was the beloved husband of the late Earline, nee Watrous; the loving father of Margaret Mahoney, Colleen (Thomas) Sima, James J. (Patti), Ann Hull, Nancy (Fred) Timmereck, Jean (John) Staunton, and the late Timothy; the proud grandfather of 13; the great-grandfather of 2; and the dear brother of Joanne (the late Lawrence) Schwabe, Patrick (Sharon) Mahoney, and Mary Ellen (Gerald) Graf; therefore, be it

RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-SEVENTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn, along with his family and friends, the passing of James J. Mahoney; and be it further

RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be presented to the family of James Mahoney as an expression of our sympathy.
