SENATE RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to learn of the death of Robert A. "Bull" Bridges of Chicago, who passed away on November 30, 2011; and

WHEREAS, Robert Bridges was born on January 6, 1952; and

WHEREAS, Robert Bridges was a proud St. George Dragon; he was also a Chicago Bears and Notre Dame fan and enjoyed listening to jazz; and

WHEREAS, Robert Bridges was the brother of John (Lisa), Joan (Louis) Lanteigne, Daniel, Stephen (Lisa), and the late Michael and Kathy Bridges; a loving uncle and great-uncle of many; and a dear friend of Donna Egan; therefore, be it

RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-SEVENTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn, along with his family and friends, the passing of Robert A. "Bull" Bridges; and be it further

RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be presented to the family of Robert Bridges as an expression of our sympathy.
