1 SENATE RESOLUTION

2 BE IT RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-SEVENTH GENERAL
3 ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that the Senate Committee on
4 Procurement created by Senate Resolution 118 of the 97th
5 General Assembly shall be made up of 10 members (rather than
6 the 6 members stated in Senate Resolution 118), 5 (rather than
7 3) of whom shall be appointed by the President of the Senate
8 and 5 (rather than 3) of whom shall be appointed by the
9 Minority Leader of the Senate; and be it further

10 RESOLVED, That with this change in membership, the
11 Committee shall continue to operate pursuant to Senate
12 Resolution 118 of the 97th General Assembly.
