SENATE RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to learn of the death of Christopher D. Wheatley, who passed away on August 9, 2010; and

WHEREAS, Christopher Wheatley loved all of his brothers and sisters at the Chicago Fire Department, the City of Chicago, and the Chicago Bears; and

WHEREAS, Christopher Wheatley was the beloved son of Dan and Mary, nee Delaney; the dearest brother of Kimberley (Chris) Skubic; and the cherished fiancee of Jessica Roberts; he is also survived by many loving aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends; therefore, be it

RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-SEVENTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn, along with his family and friends, the passing of Christopher D. Wheatley; and be it further

RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be presented to the family of Christopher Wheatley as an expression of our sympathy.
