35 ILCS 515/2.1   from Ch. 120, par. 1202.1
    Amends the Mobile Home Local Services Tax Act. Makes a technical change concerning the definition of "permanent habitation".

1     AN ACT concerning revenue.

2     Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:

4     Section 5. The Mobile Home Local Services Tax Act is
5 amended by changing Section 2.1 as follows:

6     (35 ILCS 515/2.1)  (from Ch. 120, par. 1202.1)
7     Sec. 2.1. As used in this ~~this~~ Act "permanent habitation"
8 means available for habitation for a period of 2 or more
9 months.
