    Amends the Street Light District Act. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning the short title.

1     AN ACT concerning local government.

2     Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:

4     Section 5. The Street Light District Act is amended by
5 changing Sections 1 and 0.01 as follows:

6     (70 ILCS 3305/0.01)  (from Ch. 121, par. 354.9)
7     Sec. 0.01. Short title. This Act may be ~~be~~cited as the
8 Street Light District Act.
