    Amends the Local Government Electronic Reverse Auction Act (enacted by P.A. 96-588). Makes a technical change in a Section concerning the short title.

1     AN ACT concerning local government.

2     Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:

4     Section 5. The Local Government Electronic Reverse Auction
5 Act (enacted by P.A. 96-588) is amended by changing Section 1
6 as follows:

7     (50 ILCS 530/1)
8     Sec. 1. Short title. This Act may be cited as the~~the~~Local
9 Government Electronic Reverse Auction Act.
