605 ILCS 5/6-201

from Ch. 121, par. 6-201

Amends the Illinois Highway Code. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning the duties of the highway commissioner of each road district.

A BILL FOR

AN ACT concerning transportation.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

Section 5. The Illinois Highway Code is amended by changing Section 6-201 as follows:

(605 ILCS 5/6-201) (from Ch. 121, par. 6-201)

Sec. 6-201. The highway commissioner of each road district shall perform the the functions stated in the following Sections preceding Section 6-202.
