HOUSE RESOLUTION

 
2    WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois House of
3Representatives are saddened to learn of the death of Randall
4Earl "Bubbles" (Randy) Rann and Donna Mae Rann of Harrisburg,
5who passed away on February 29, 2012; and
 
6    WHEREAS, He was born in Harrisburg on May 23, 1947, a son
7of Freda (Cowsert) Rann and the late Robert Rann; she was born
8in Harrisburg on September 21, 1950, a daughter of the late
9Agnes (Thomas) and Seigle Patterson; and
 
10    WHEREAS, They were married on May 9, 1970 at Carrier Mills;
11and
 
12    WHEREAS, They were members of the Lebanon Cumberland
13Presbyterian Church in Galatia; and
 
14    WHEREAS, He worked in the parts department at Fabick in
15Marion prior to his retirement; he was treasurer at the Galatia
16Masonic Lodge # 684, a 32nd Degree Scottish Rite Mason, and a
17Shriner; she worked as a Secretary for the United States
18Forestry Service in Harrisburg; and
 
19    WHEREAS, Randall Earl Rann and Donna Mae Rann are survived
20by their sons, Ryan (Samonica) Rann and Jeff (Emily) Rann; her

1sister, Emojean Kirkland; her brothers, Neal (Loretta)
2Patterson and John C. (Janice) Patterson; his brothers, Roger
3(Carol) Rann, Ronald (Brenda) Rann, and Jerry (Nancy) Rann; his
4sister-in-laws, Sue Rann and Judy Rann; and their
5grandchildren, Grayson Rann, Shelby Rann, Skyla Rann, Gavin
6Rann, and Makenna Rann; therefore, be it
 
7    RESOLVED, BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE
8NINETY-SEVENTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that
9we mourn, along with their family and friends, the passing of
10Randall Earl Rann and Donna Mae Rann; and be it further
 
11    RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be
12presented to the family of Randall Earl Rann and Donna Mae Rann
13as a symbol of our sincere sympathy.
