1 HOUSE RESOLUTION

2     WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois House of
3 Representatives are pleased to congratulate Lisle Village
4 Clerk Tim Seeden on the occasion of being the recipient of the
5 Ilion Crabel Member of the Year Award from the Municipal Clerks
6 of Illinois; and

7     WHEREAS, The Ilion Crabel Member of the Year Award was
8 created to identify and recognize a member of the Municipal
9 Clerks of Illinois who has made a significant contribution to
10 the objectives of the municipal clerk profession and/or the
11 Clerk's own community or municipal government; and

12     WHEREAS, Tim Seeden has served as Clerk of the Village of
13 Lisle since 1999; he has achieved both Registered Clerk and
14 Certified Municipal status; he is an active member of the Lisle
15 Chamber of Commerce, the Boy Scouts of America, and various
16 other events in his community; and

17     WHEREAS, Tim Seeden was selected to receive the Ilion
18 Crabel Member of the Year Award for his dedicated leadership
19 with the Municipal Clerks of Illinois and the Village of Lisle;
20 and

21     WHEREAS, Tim Seeden serves as a model of hard work,

1 integrity, and dedication for the people of the State of
2 Illinois; therefore, be it

3     RESOLVED, BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE
4 NINETY-SEVENTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that
5 we congratulate Lisle Village Clerk Tim Seeden on the occasion
6 of being the recipient of the Ilion Crabel Member of the Year
7 Award and wish them continued success and happiness in the
8 future; and be it further

9     RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be
10 presented to Tim Seeden as a symbol of our esteem and respect.
