HOUSE RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, It is known throughout the Land of Lincoln that the Royal Order of Raccoons are established as the premier fishing team; and

WHEREAS, The Raccoons are known to haunt their favorite fishing hole bi-annually in northern Wisconsin; and

WHEREAS, The Raccoons are spiritually guided by the Grand High Exalted Mystic Ruler (GHEMR) Dallas Ingemunson and Walleye One George Griffin; and

WHEREAS, Walleye One has long been a walking endorsement for Budweiser (The King of Beers) and any bacon manufacturer in the country; and

WHEREAS, Walleye One invented and patented the novel fishing pairings computer program and was the only Raccoon to know the secret formula as to when to flavor the potatoes on a roaring fire at shore lunch; and

WHEREAS, Walleye One was one of the original members of the highly respected Royal Order of Raccoons and its heart and soul for over 30 years; and

WHEREAS, Walleye One is deeply respected and always cherished at the numerous outbreaks of "God Bless America" wherever Raccoons may go; therefore, be it

RESOLVED, BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE NINETY-SEVENTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we dedicate the date of May 21, 2011 during shore lunch on some remote island on the Chippewa Flowage in Couderay, Wisconsin as Walleye One Day; and be it further

RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be presented to Walleye One George Griffin as a symbol of our respect and esteem.
