HOUSE RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois House of Representatives are pleased to recognize those entities which, through adherence to the highest standards of service, contribute in a meaningful way toward a better and more productive society; and

WHEREAS, Farmers Insurance Group is being honored based upon its participation in "Be a Hero for Babies Day", benefitting the March of Dimes on June 21, 2012; and

WHEREAS, The largest insurance company sponsor of the March of Dimes, Farmers Insurance Group is also the exclusive national sponsor of March for Babies; the group has worked with the March of Dimes for 24 years, supporting the mission of healthy babies and healthy mothers; and

WHEREAS, Through the "Be a Hero for Babies Day" national event, the network of Farmers Insurance agencies and district offices throughout the State will work tirelessly to raise $2 million dollars in support of this worthy cause; therefore, be it

RESOLVED, BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE NINETY-SEVENTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we congratulate the Farmers Insurance Group for its dedicated efforts in support of the March of Dimes and "Be a Hero for Babies Day"; and we extend our warmest wishes for a future replete with ever-increasing success and service to the community; and be it further

RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be presented to Farmers Insurance Group as a symbol of our respect and esteem.
