    Amends the Uniform Mediation Act. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning the short title.

1     AN ACT concerning alternative dispute resolution.

2     Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:

4     Section 5. The Uniform Mediation Act is amended by changing
5 Section 1 as follows:

6     (710 ILCS 35/1)
7     Sec. 1. Title. This Act may be cited as the~~the~~ Uniform
8 Mediation Act.
