Amends the State Housing Act. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning the name of a housing corporation.

A BILL FOR

AN ACT concerning housing.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

Section 5. The State Housing Act is amended by changing Section 8 as follows:

(310 ILCS 5/8) (from Ch. 67 1/2, par. 158)

Sec. 8. The The name of every housing corporation organized pursuant to the provisions of this Act shall include the word "housing".
