SYNOPSIS AS INTRODUCED:

New Act

Creates the Reorganization of Long-Term Care Services Act. Contains only a short title and a legislative findings provision. Effective immediately.

A BILL FOR

AN ACT concerning State government.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

Section 1. Short title. This Act may be cited as the Reorganization of Long-Term Care Services Act.

Section 5. Legislative findings. The Illinois General Assembly finds that it is in the best interest of the citizenry of Illinois, specifically those in need of long-term care services and their families, to reconfigure long-term care services from the ground up.

Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon becoming law.
