SYNOPSIS AS INTRODUCED:

20 ILCS 2505/2505-1

Amends the Civil Administrative Code of Illinois. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning the Department of Revenue.

A BILL FOR

AN ACT concerning State government.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

Section 5. The Department of Revenue Law of the Civil Administrative Code of Illinois is amended by changing Section 2505-1 as follows:

(20 ILCS 2505/2505-1)

Sec. 2505-1. Article short title. This Article 2505 of the the Civil Administrative Code of Illinois may be cited as the Department of Revenue Law.
