Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

Section 2. The Illinois Farm Labor Contractor Certification Act is repealed.

Section 3. The Illinois Street Trades Law is repealed.

(820 ILCS 240/Act rep.)

Section 5. The Industrial Home Work Act is repealed.

Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon becoming law.
