1    AN ACT concerning State government.
 
2    Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3represented in the General Assembly:
 
4    Section 5. The Department of Revenue Law of the Civil
5Administrative Code of Illinois is amended by adding Section
62505-735 as follows:
 
7    (20 ILCS 2505/2505-735 new)
8    Sec. 2505-735. Assistance to other State agencies
9concerning alternative fuel. In cooperation with the Illinois
10Environmental Agency, the Department of Transportation, the
11Secretary of State, and any other applicable State agency, the
12Department shall provide a listing of alternative fuel
13dispensing locations in the State to the Department of
14Transportation in a manner and format prescribed by the
15Department of Transportation so that the information may be
16disseminated according to Section 4-101.13 of the Illinois
17Highway Code. The Department shall provide an updated listing
18biannually to the Department of Transportation.
 
19    Section 10. The Illinois Highway Code is amended by
20changing Section 4-101.13 as follows:

1    Sec. 4-101.13. To publish maps in convenient forms showing
2State and other highways for use by the public and, in its
3discretion, to fix a charge therefor not in excess of the cost
4of publication. The Department shall determine the content of
5all maps published by the Department and shall be permitted to
6provide on its official website additional information that is
7made available to the Department regarding dispensing
8locations that provide E85 blended fuel or biodiesel fuel. The
9Department shall update its website at least biannually so long
10as it receives timely updates from the Department of Revenue on
11alternative fueling dispensing locations in the State.

13    Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon
14becoming law.
