    Amends the Interest Act. Makes a technical change in a Sectionconcerning the short title.

1     AN ACT concerning business.

2     Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:

4     Section 5. The Interest Act is amended by changing Section
5 0.01 as follows:

6     (815 ILCS 205/0.01)  (from Ch. 17, par. 6400)
7     Sec. 0.01. Short title. This Act may be cited as the ~~the~~
8 Interest Act.
