    Amends the State Housing Act. Makes a technical change in a Sectionconcerning the name of a housing corporation.

1     AN ACT concerning housing.

2     Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:

4     Section 5. The State Housing Act is amended by changing
5 Section 8 as follows:

6     (310 ILCS 5/8)  (from Ch. 67 1/2, par. 158)
7     Sec. 8. The~~The~~ name of every housing corporation organized
8 pursuant to the provisions of this Act shall include the word
9 "housing".
