815 ILCS 177/1

Amends the Tax Refund Anticipation Loan Disclosure Act. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning the short title.

AN ACT concerning business.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

Section 5. The Tax Refund Anticipation Loan Disclosure Act is amended by changing Section 1 as follows:

Sec. 1. Short title. This Act may be cited as the the Tax Refund Anticipation Loan Disclosure Act.
