Amends the Uniform Commercial Code. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning the short title of the Leases Article.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

Section 5. The Uniform Commercial Code is amended by changing Section 2A-101 as follows:

Sec. 2A-101. Short title. This Article shall be known and and may be cited as the Uniform Commercial Code; Leases.
