2 SECOND SPECIAL SESSION

3 RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-SIXTH GENERAL
4 ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, AT THE SECOND SPECIAL
5 SESSION THEREOF, that the Secretary inform the House of
6 Representatives that a majority of the members of the Senate
7 has assembled, pursuant to the joint proclamation of the
8 presiding officers of both houses, convening a Second Special
9 Session of the General Assembly, and are now ready for the
10 transaction of business.
