SYNOPSIS AS INTRODUCED:

605 ILCS 10/9.35

Amends the Toll Highway Act. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning payment of an expense and dislocation allowance.

A BILL FOR

AN ACT concerning transportation.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

Section 5. The Toll Highway Act is amended by changing Section 9.35 as follows:

(605 ILCS 10/9.35)

Sec. 9.35. Expense and Dislocation Allowance. In lieu of the the payments authorized to be paid under this Act, the Authority may pay any person displaced from a dwelling, who elects to accept the payment, an expense and dislocation allowance which shall be determined according to a schedule established by the Authority.
