SENATE RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to learn of the death of Jessimae "Jessi" Palmares of Arlington Heights, who passed away on April 25, 2010; and

WHEREAS, She was born on December 29, 1970 in the Philippines to Percy and Elsa (nee, Pastano) Catedrilla; and

WHEREAS, She was a devoted mother, faithful wife, and a servant of Christ; she was a dedicated nurse who loved caring for her patients at Northwest Community Hospital; and

WHEREAS, She is survived by her husband, Noe A. Palmares; her children, Josh, Jen, Jade, and Joey; her siblings, Dr. Percy Catedrilla, Reggie Cappucino, and Vincent Catedrilla; and her parents; therefore, be it

RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-SIXTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn, along with her family and friends, the passing of Jessimae Palmares; and be it further

RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be presented to the family of Jessimae Palmares as a symbol of our sincere sympathy.
