SENATE RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to learn of the death of Patricia J. Hidden of Norwood, who passed away on May 24, 2010; and

WHEREAS, Patricia Hidden was born on August 30, 1936, in Peoria; she was the daughter of John Edward and Evelyn Marie Stevens; she married John F. Hidden on May 20, 1955, in Peoria; and

WHEREAS, Patricia Hidden was very active with the Peoria County Board; she was a past member of the Limestone Fire Protection District Board, the Limestone Township Board, the Norwood Village Board, and the Norwood School PTO; she was also an election judge for more than 40 years and served as a deputy registrar; and

WHEREAS, Patricia Hidden was preceded in death by her 2 brothers and her grandson; and

WHEREAS, Patricia Hidden is survived by her husband; her sons, Michael Tod (Reina) Hidden, Gregg Richard (Suzanne) Hidden, Eric Jon (Stephanie) Hidden, and Jason Kurt Hidden; her sister, Kay Hefti; her 10 grandchildren; her 4 great-grandchildren; and her numerous nieces and nephews; therefore, be it

RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-SIXTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn, along with her family and friends, the passing of Patricia J. Hidden; and be it further

RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be presented to the family of Patricia Hidden as an expression of our sympathy.
